Q:Can we get samples? How long does it take?A: before mass production, we will provide samples free of charge, about 3-5 days by express delivery

Q: What kind of file format should I provide for you to print?A: Adobe Illustrator, PDF, in design or other formats
Q:Is it possible to watch the processing progress by video during working hours?A: Yes, we are very willing to film the production progress for you during working hours.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, DDU, DDP, Door to Door.
Q: How to settle payment? A:T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal normally. Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit and balance before delivery.
